SHIPPING POLICY

Thank you for shopping with us! Below are the professional terms and conditions that govern our Shipping Policy. By placing an order on our website, you fully accept and agree to these terms.

1. ORDER PROCESSING & DISPATCH
All orders are typically processed and dispatched within 1-3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays). Please note that processing time is completely separate from shipping/transportation time. 

2. ORIGIN & SHIPPING ESTIMATES
To optimize global logistics and offer competitive pricing, our products are dispatched directly from our specialized regional fulfillment hubs in mainland China. 
• Estimated Standard Delivery Time: 7-15 business days.
Please note that all delivery dates provided are honest estimates, not legal guarantees. Delivery windows may vary due to factors beyond our control, including but not limited to carrier delays, customs inspections, and global logistics bottlenecks.

3. SHIPPING RATES & FEES
Shipping fees are completely variable and are calculated dynamically at checkout based on the package weight, dimensions, and shipping destination. The final shipping cost shown at checkout is final and non-refundable once the order has been dispatched.

4. DELAYS, FORCE MAJEURE & LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
We are NOT liable for any shipment delays caused by circumstances beyond our direct control (Force Majeure), including but not limited to: customs clearance procedures, natural disasters, severe weather conditions, postal strikes, governmental actions, or global pandemics. No refunds or order cancellations will be accepted while a package is currently in transit due to these uncontrollable delays.

5. PROOF OF DELIVERY & LOSS RISK
Once a package is handed over to the third-party logistics carrier, the risk of loss or damage transfers entirely to the buyer. 
• Delivery Status: If the official tracking number provided by the carrier shows a status of "Delivered" or "Successfully Delivered," this shall serve as conclusive, irrefutable proof of delivery. 
• Lost/Stolen Packages: We are not responsible for packages that are stolen, lost, or misplaced after they have been marked as delivered by the carrier. We will not issue refunds or replacements for packages with a verified "Delivered" status.

6. CUSTOMS, IMPORT DUTIES & LOCAL TAXES
Customers are fully responsible for ensuring compliance with all local import regulations. Any import duties, customs fees, VAT, or local brokerage charges imposed during or after shipping are the sole financial responsibility of the customer. If a package is returned to us or destroyed due to the customer's refusal to pay local customs fees, no refund will be issued.

7. INACCURATE SHIPPING DETAILS
It is the customer's sole responsibility to ensure that the shipping address, phone number, and recipient name are 100% accurate and complete at the time of checkout. We are not responsible, and will not issue refunds or replacements, for items that are misdelivered, lost, or returned due to incorrect or incomplete address details provided by the buyer.
